Corte dei Gioghi farmhouse is surrounded by its own farm called Misericordia. The company covers an area of approximately 4 and half hectars and is mainly cultivated with corn alterning with wheat and soy. An area of 3000 meters is dedicated to the vegetable garden with summer and winter vegetables. Above all, the Violina pumpkin prevails, a typical product of Ferrara's agriculture, which covers a company area of 1500metres. In summer are producted excellent tomatoes, cucumbers, courgettes, aubergines, onions, various types of salads and other tasty vegetables. Among the winter vegetables Corte dei Gioghi products radicchio, broccoli, fennel and different type of cabbage.
We always harvest our vegetables at the right point of ripeness to offer guests and customers a real taste exeprience. We transform every single product into a delicious recipe to offer to our guest in all season.
